No. The Worker Platform works on its own. Mobilize verified workers and run attendance without the OS. For contractors using OS, the worker platform comes built in. Switch on Buildpal OS for full project control whenever you're ready.
No. Every worker's first Buildpal card is free at onboarding and belongs to them. Cards aren't sold to contractors. Your only hardware cost is the Site Access readers, and you get a discount on your first reader when you activate the service.
Attendance is recorded manually in the field app or automatically at the gate, so no-shows are visible immediately. You can submit a new request to replace workers who do not comply with attendance discipline.
