Priced for your work, not a plan tier.
Three products that stand alone or work together. Buildpal OS is configured to your company, with the Worker Platform built into the core package for larger contractors and available as an add-on for smaller teams. The Worker Platform and site readers are priced upfront so you can start today, billed monthly or annually. Workers join free, and their first card is on us. Either way, you talk to a real person before anything is final.
The Worker Platform is sold on its own, or comes built into Buildpal OS. Book verified workers and run attendance manually from the field app, or automate it with Site Access readers and cards. Choose a monthly plan priced per active project (each includes up to 2 site supervisors), or go pay-as-you-go with no monthly fee and a higher per-booking service fee. Every plan carries a service fee on marketplace bookings, billed only when you book. Workers join free: every worker's first card is on us.
Smart
Most contractors choose thisAutomate attendance with Site Access readers and each worker's global card, for a stronger audit trail, live site-access control, and insurance-readiness.
- Everything in Access
- Automated tap in/out at Buildpal readers
- Uses each worker's free global card, nothing to issue
- Live site-access control, audit & attendance logs
- Priority device & attendance support
+ (---)% service fee + reader rental or purchase
Add Smart AttendanceEvery plan includes a marketplace service fee, charged only on bookings; the pay-as-you-go plan trades the monthly fee for a higher service fee. Worker rates, service fees, transport premiums, taxes and insurance eligibility vary by country, trade and site conditions. Worker cards are issued free at onboarding and belong to the worker; replacements are the worker's own and aren't sold to contractors. Annual billing bills 10 months up front, so you get 2 months free.
Start with one project, not a company-wide rollout.
A pilot keeps the pricing conversation small and the risk low. Prove the value on one site before Buildpal scales with the rest of your portfolio.
Scope a pilot
We agree on one project, the modules that matter most, and the team who'll use it first.
Price the pilot
You get a pilot price built for that single project, not a company-wide commitment.
Run & review
The pilot runs for an agreed period with a check-in to confirm it's delivering value.
Scale the price
Once proven, we build a portfolio-wide price across your remaining projects and sites.
Pricing questions.
Worker Platform packages and reader rentals can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is charged for ten months up front, so you get two months free. One-time reader purchases are a fixed price and aren't affected by the billing period.
Buildpal OS is configured to your company (your category, the modules you switch on, how many projects you run, and your storage), so a flat sticker price would either overcharge a small team or undersell a multi-site operation. We build a clear, tailored quote from a short set of factors, usually within 48 hours.
It's integrated either way. For larger contractors it's baked into the core OS package as standard; smaller contractors can add it on. You can also buy the Worker Platform on its own, without the OS.
No. Every worker's first card is free at onboarding and linked to their profile. Replacement cards are the worker's own responsibility (the card is their site access and payroll key), and cards aren't sold to contractors.
Yes. Readers are a contractor cost, separate from your platform plan. You get a discount on your first reader when you activate Site Access, then rent readers monthly or buy additional readers as you grow. Site Access is the hardware that automates the Worker Platform's check-in.
Yes. On the Worker Platform you can run attendance manually from the field mobile app, with no readers or cards needed, and add automated Site Access tap in/out later. Most contractors start with one need and expand once it's proven.
New clients pay no standard setup fees. Enterprise and public-sector deployments are scoped and quoted separately by statement of work.
