Accept your first offer
When a contractor's booking fits you, you receive an offer. Here is how to read it and accept it, with the app or a basic phone.

You don't need to search or apply. When work fits your profile, the offer comes to you.
With the app
An offer arrives
You get a notification with a new offer. Open it in the app.
Read the details
Check the site, the dates, the trade and the rate. The rate is the published rate for your trade and tier, plus anything the contractor has added.
Accept within the window
Accept before the offer's window closes. If you can't do the work, decline it so the place goes to someone else.
What happens next
The booking appears in your list. On the first day, go to the site with your Site Card.
With a basic phone (USSD)
An offer arrives
You get an SMS telling you there is a new offer.
Read the details
Dial the Buildpal USSD code and open your offers to see the site, the dates, the trade and the rate.
Accept within the window
Choose to accept before the window closes, or decline if you can't do the work.
What happens next
The booking is saved to your profile. On the first day, go to the site with your Site Card.
